Class of 2018

Savanna Parker graduated from Splendora High School in 2018. She was a multi-sport athlete, competing in volleyball and softball all four years as well as basketball and track through her sophomore year. She was also an active member of the National Honor Society and an early college student. Savanna was crowned Homecoming Queen and Miss Splendora High School in her senior year. Her first year of college, she attended Temple College where she completed her Associate’s Degree and helped the softball team place fifth in the NJCAA National Tournament. She graduated Summa Cum Laude at Stephen F. Austin State University with a major in Information Technology and a minor in Kinesiology. Currently, she is working to obtain her Master’s Degree in Sports Analytics and Management from American University. Savanna was recently hired as a Data Analyst Intern for High & Inside which provides data insight and player development for NCAA baseball and softball programs.

What does it mean to Savanna to be a SHS Wildcat?  “Being a Ladycat is an honor and privilege. Our small community has guided me to where I am today by teaching me valuable life lessons. I learned hard work, responsibility, accountability, time management and created relationships that will last a lifetime. The support from this community is unmatched and I am incredibly proud to be a Ladycat!“
